Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Utilize various tools and strategies to research and prospect new business opportunities within target markets.

Outbound Prospecting

  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and introduce [Your AI Startup]’s AI solutions.
  • Implement effective outbound prospecting campaigns to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Nurture and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
  • Work closely with Executives to understand customer requirements and align outreach efforts with sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and contribute insights to optimize the sales process.

Market Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to enhance sales outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of messaging and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in the AI industry.
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles, preferably in the technology industry a plus
